Ben Rosenfield

Ben Rosenfield started Titan Commercial LLC in the beginning of 2007 based on the relationships he garnered as a salesperson at Millennium Properties R/E Inc. Rosenfield has a degree in Retailing and Consumer Studies from the University of Arizona, where he developed a unique perspective of understanding the motivational trends of why consumers buy, sell, or lease commercial property. Rosenfield has received awards for "Broker of the Year" from his previous company and from the Chicago Association of Realtors for highest gross sales and transaction history. He was also named CoStar 2006 PowerBroker for cumulative leasing transactions. Ben is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC), Business Networking International (BNI),Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP), The University Club, an active participant in the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, The Jewish United Fund (JUF), Immerman Angels, and a candidate for CCIM.

In my free time...
I enjoy playing polo and squash and am currently working towards getting my pilot´s license.

What I do best:
Reading in between the lines and always going the extra mile. I understand the perspective of the other position, which allows me to negotiate well because I know what I´m negotiating against.
