Five Guys Burgers and Fries to Open New Location in Lakeview

CHICAGO - October 26, 2010 - In a deal that places national restaurant chain Five Guys Operations LLC into the heart of Lakeview, Titan Commercial LLC announces the execution of a lease at 3219 N Broadway. The 4,100 sq. ft. space, signed for a 10-year term, will be the fourth Five Guys Burgers and Fries location in Chicago. Titan Commercial Vice President Dan Steinberg and Associate Paige Winkels represented landlord Northside Management, Inc. while Mid-America Real Estate Group represented the tenant. The lease was completed on October 19.
