Revere Mills Retains Titan Commercial to Locate New Site Prior to Installation of Midwest Gaming Casino in Des Plaines, Ill.

CHICAGO - February 11, 2009 - Ben Rosenfield of Titan Commercial LLC has been retained by Revere Mills International Group, currently located at 3000 S. River Rd. in Des Plaines, Ill., to locate new commercial space before Midwest Gaming LLC begins development on the site for the proposed 50,000 square foot casino.

The Illinois Gaming Board awarded Illinois' remaining casino license to Midwest Gaming LLC on Dec. 22, 2008. The company defeated opposition attempting to locate in Rosemont or Waukegan with an open bid of $125 million and agreed to pay an additional $10 million for each of the next 30 years. Ben Rosenfield, Principal, is representing Revere Mills in their search for a new site and was instrumental in negotiating the lease termination.
