Titan Commercial Closes Two Medical Center Transactions

CHICAGO - January 26, 2009 - Ben Rosenfield, principal of Titan Commercial, has closed a multi-million-dollar transaction for two Fresenius Medical Centers, renowned outpatient dialysis facilities in both Ohio and Indiana. Fresenius Medical Care, a triple B (BBB) rated company and the world's largest integrated provider of dialysis products, has executed a 15-year lease on a site located in Peru, Ind. and a 12-year lease on a parcel situated in King Mills, Ohio. Rosenfield said that the deals, totaling $2.97 million, were consummated in approximately 90 days and closed in an all-cash transaction without financing.

Rosenfield represented the owners, King Avenue LLC and CPD Feather Rock LLC, in the disposition of both properties at 1992 King Ave. in King Mills, Ohio and 25 W. 2nd St. in Peru, Ind. to Norman S. Jaffe.
