Titan Commercial Closes Michigan-Based Transaction

CHICAGO - January 22, 2009 - Ben Rosenfield, principal of Titan Commercial, has closed the purchase of a 10,000 square foot new construction building occupied by a Fresenius Medical Center, the nation's largest outpatient dialysis facility, at Lot 2 in the Rolling Hills Drive Development of Bridgeport, Mich.

Fresenius Medical Care, the world's largest integrated provider of dialysis products, has executed a 15-year lease on the parcel that was purchased by Richard Hoosin of Chicago from Bridgeport 110 LLC. Rosenfield, who represented both the owner and buyer, reported that the $1.78 million transaction was consummated in approximately 90 days from contract to close.
