Titan Commercial Closes on Multi-Tenant Retail Building

CHICAGO - November 16, 2009 - Titan Commercial LLC has closed a 9,534 square foot multi-tenant retail building on 1200 Davis Rd. in Woodstock, Ill. Ben Rosenfield, Principal, represented the buyer in this transaction. The building sold for $1.35 million.
