Ben Rosenfield Named Costar Power Broker 2006

CHICAGO - May 21, 2007 - Ben Rosenfield, Principal of Titan Commercial, was recently chosen as one of CoStar's Power Brokers of 2006.

Rosenfield started Titan Commercial LLC in the beginning of 2007 based on the relationships he garnered as a salesperson at Millennium Properties R/E Inc. Graduating with a degree in Retailing and Consumer Studies from the University of Arizona, Rosenfield has always had a unique perspective of understanding the motivational trends of why consumers buy, sell, or lease commercial property. In the past few years, Rosenfield has been continually recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtor's Commercial Forum for obtaining the highest gross sales in transaction history.

Considered a generalist in the industry, Rosenfield has brokered sale and lease transactions in the fields of Retail, Industrial, Mixed-use development, and Office.
