New location set to open on Diversey Parkway


CHICAGO - July 21, 2011 - Titan Commercial, Chicago's leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces today the execution of a lease that will place Nails.com at 1700 W Diversey Parkway. The 1,100 square foot retail space, previously a Subway, was signed for a lease term of 10 years. Titan Commercial Principal Ben Rosenfield and Associate Broker Ryan Clay represented the landlord, Wells Street Investors. A broker did not represent Nails.com. The lease was completed on June 24, 2011.
