CHICAGO - September 30, 2009 - Titan Commercial LLC is proud to announce the closing of two Chicago-area transactions valued at nearly $2 million.

Jared Fisher, Senior Associate, represented buyer Four Corners Tavern Group in the sale of 1508-1510 N. Wells St. The property sold for $1.8 million and contains a 5,509 square foot building owned by Baird & Warner and an adjacent 2,500 square foot lot owned by The Habitat Company.

"The property was under contract for two months before close and the buyer has plans to open a new Four Corners Tavern Group concept, which will be their seventh restaurant in Chicago," said Fisher. In a separate transaction, Fisher represented Advanced Fiber Products LLC in a 5-year lease negotiation for a 2,293 square foot office space at 200 E. Howard Ave. in Des Plaines, Ill. Rick Benoy of Jones Lang Lasalle represented the landlord.
