Titan Commercial Closes Two Gold Coast Office Transactions

CHICAGO – January 30, 2009 – Ben Rosenfield and Dan Steinberg of Titan Commercial have closed the lease of a 3,500 square foot space located at 1122 N. LaSalle St. in Chicago. The building, a multi-tenant apartment complex owned by Planned Realty Group, leased the space to Origin Capital Partners, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm. Origin executed a 5-year gross lease with two 5-year options to renew, said Rosenfield, who represented Planned Realty Group in the transaction.

Rosenfield also reported that he and associate Jared Fisher have closed an additional lease at 20-22 W. Ontario St., Chicago. The second floor of the grey stone building has been leased to United Revenue Service Inc. The company executed a 5-year lease on the 2,000 square foot space with a 5–year option to renew.
